The KGM R556 Integrally Suppressed Upper is purpose-built for 100% suppressed shooting, delivering excellent accuracy, repeatability, sound suppression, and flash reduction. The suppressor with integrated gas block is pinned to an 11.5” barrel, to achieve a 16.7” overall length barrel. This “one-stamp” solution provides for short-barrel capabilities without requiring an SBR tax stamp, as the suppressor is pinned and welded to the barrel. Because of this, the gas system has been tuned around this dedicated setup, offering optimum suppressed performance with a variety of ammunition. This upper receiver group is compatible with any AR-15 lower receiver group, is out of the box ready with a full-auto spec BCG, charging handle and Back-Up Iron Sights (BUIS).
